Reach your destination relaxed: Audi Business Innovation and LUMEUS announce partnership

The Audi active coach offers a range of different wellbeing functions to accompany Audi drivers during and after their journey. Vital data of Audi drivers can be captured via their wearable device during the drive. Users are provided with individually tailored offers that can contribute to their wellbeing. Drivers select an optimal mix for their current state from various options. LUMEUS contributes content from their emotional training sessions and individually composed orchestral music for a relaxed journey.

The service is now available in all Audi vehicles from model year 2020 equipped with the new infotainment unit. To use the service, the Audi stage app is required, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store. The service can be accessed via the smartphone and through Apple CarPlay.

Audi stage is an iOS app that makes newly developed digital services from Audi available to Audi drivers at an early stage of development. The aim is to further develop new services based on feedback from Audi drivers and thus take their needs into account in the best possible way to improve their everyday driving experience.

Stress reduction in the car: a revolutionary approach

The combination of the Herzog Method from LUMEUS and the features of the Audi active coach enables Audi drivers to travel not only physically but also emotionally relaxed. In the realm of soundscapes, users can evoke positive emotions and arrive at their destination mentally strengthened through targeted emotional training and individually composed orchestral music. LUMEUS' stress reduction course is certified by the Central Prevention Office and is reimbursed by all statutory health insurance funds and some private health insurance companies in Germany. In England, the LUMEUS app has been reviewed by ORCHA (Organization for the Review of Care and Health Apps) as an effective and safe app and is recommended by NHS doctors, psychologists, and clinics for their patients.
