Verena is responsible for the further development, digitalization strategy and internationalization of the ``Herzog Method``. She has already founded 2 companies, a film production company in Sydney and later an IT security company in Munich. Together with Dagmar Herzog, she discussed the possibility of digitizing and internationalizing the ``Herzog Method`` years ago. As a founder, user and mother, Verena is committed to the mental and emotional health of children and adults at LUMEUS to help them lead healthier and happier lives. Her goal is to show users how much mental power and self-healing potential there is in each of us through our body's own emotions and how to apply this on a daily basis.

As the founder of the Herzog Method, Dagmar has been responsible for creating new training programs and coachings for over 20 years. She is a best-selling author with over 300,000 books sold and an expert in emotion research and application. When she is not traveling the world to see new countries, she is developing trainings and live coachings and giving people a tool to heal themselves through the power of their own emotions.

Simran is the Sales & Strategy Manager at LUMEUS and is responsible for driving sales and marketing operations along with KPI tracking & reporting for user engagement analysis, and strategic positioning for B2B in EU and international markets. She is also responsible for further development of the LUMEUS website. With her background in Biostatistics and Biomathematics focused on business intelligence, Simran is experienced in feature engineering using A/B testing, statistical inference, dashboard creation, data analysis and interpretation. Simran is an advocate of the Herzog Method and work together with LUMEUS on their mission to make families happier and healthier.

Aleksandra supports LUMEUS with her years of professional experience as a psychological counselor. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middlesex University and her postgraduate study in Humanistic and Psychodynamic Counseling from Goldsmith's University in London, she worked extensively with children and adults in the mental health sector. In addition, she has been able to build experience in psychological supervision and group therapy. Aleksandra now wants to bring her training and experience to LUMEUS to help children and adults.

Hannah is the product manager at Lumeus and is responsible for driving the product development by understanding user needs, setting a clear direction, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Hannah has a degree in Information Systems from the University of Cologne. After working in IT project management and the development of app and web projects, she has specialized in the areas of product management and requirements engineering with a focus on agile working methods, holding certifications as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Leadership.
