The Audi active coach offers a range of different wellbeing functions to accompany Audi drivers during and after their journey. Vital data of Audi drivers can be captured via their wearable device during the drive. Users are provided with individually tailored offers that can contribute to their wellbeing. Drivers select an optimal mix for their current state from various options. LUMEUS contributes content from their emotional training sessions and individually composed orchestral music for a relaxed journey.
Stress reduction in the car
The service is now available in all Audi vehicles from model year 2020 equipped with the new infotainment unit. To use the service, the Audi stage app is required, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store. The service can be accessed via the smartphone and through Apple CarPlay.

LUMEUS' stress reduction course is certified by the Central Prevention Office and is reimbursed by all statutory health insurance funds and some private health insurance companies in Germany. In England, the LUMEUS app has been reviewed by ORCHA (Organization for the Review of Care and Health Apps) as an effective and safe app and is recommended by NHS doctors, psychologists, and clinics for their patients.
