You use LUMI AI in the LUMEUS app and on the web. Before your first conversation, LUMI asks for your consent – voluntary and revocable at any time. 18 and over.

    Messages, summaries and everything LUMI remembers are stored encrypted in our database.

  • Your name stays with you.

    The language model sees a placeholder, not your name.

  • No training on your conversations.

    Anthropic, the provider of the language model, does not use your input for training.

  • Voice recordings are not stored.

    Only the text they produce – and the voice feature is optional.

  • Delete with one click.

    You delete your chat history and memories yourself – in the app or in your profile on lumeus-app.de.

  • Consent is your decision.

    Without it, you use the app as before – just without LUMI. 18 and over.
