How can I cancel my subscription?
Depending on whether you use an Apple or Android device, the cancellation of your subscription works differently:
Apple Store:
- Log in to reportaproblem.apple.com .
- Click "I want", and then select "Request a refund".
- Select the reason for the refund, and then select "Continue".
- Select the app, subscription, or other item, and then select Send. If you've been charged for a subscription you no longer need, you can also cancel it.
Android Play Store:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Click on Payments & Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click on cancel subscription.
