Verena Herzog-Pohl

CEO & FOUNDER

Verena is responsible for the further development of the Herzog Method. Previously, she founded a film production company in Sydney and an IT security company in Munich. Together with Dagmar, she discussed the possibility of digitizing and internationalizing the Herzog Method years ago. As an avid user of the Herzog Method and as a mother herself, Verena is now fully committed to LUMEUS and the mental health of children and adults to help them lead healthier and happier lives.

Dagmar Herzog

FOUNDER HERZOG METHOD, COACH

As the founder of the Herzog Method, Dagmar has been responsible for creating new training programs and coachings for over 20 years. She is a best-selling author with over 300,000 books sold and an expert in emotion research and application. When she is not traveling the world to see new countries, she is developing trainings and live coachings and giving people a tool to heal themselves through the power of their own emotions.

Simran Talreja

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Simran is responsible for Business Development, Strategic Analysis & Market Positioning through regular KPI Monitoring and Reporting at LUMEUS. She is currently studying Applied Mathematics at Technical University of Munich and combines her technical know-how and experience from the consulting sector using project management methodologies to help and support LUMEUS expand to english and german speaking markets.

Aleksandra Knebel

PSYCHOLOGIST & COACH

Aleksandra supports the team with her years of professional experience as a psychological counselor. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middlesex University and her certification in Humanistic and Psychodynamic Counseling from Goldsmith's University in London, she worked extensively with children. In addition, she has been able to build experience in psychological supervision and group therapy by working with intervention teams. Aleksandra now wants to bring her training and experience to LUMEUS to help children and adults.

Isabella Burger

Als ausgebildeter Coach der Herzog-Methode, führt Isabella LUMEUS-Firmenseminare und Einzelcoachings durch. Isabella hat eine Ausbildung in Psychologie und Pädagogik OIP, Zürich. Ihre langjährigen Erfahrungen und Kerngebiete umfassen psychosoziale Beratung, Traumatherapie, Körperorientierte Therapieform nach Stanley Kelemann. Isabella ist außerdem Eltern- und Erwachsenenbildnerin (AGEEB, Aarau) und diplomierte Hypnosetherapeutin (IGM). Isabella lebt und arbeitet in der Schweiz und ist Mutter von drei erwachsenen Kindern.

Anja ist Mitglied des LUMEUS Advisory Boards und verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung, in Digitalisierungs- und Change Manangement-Prozessen und hat bereits selbst erfolgreich eine internationale B2B2C-Applikation aufgebaut. Bei Telefonica Deutschland verantwortet sie momentan die B2C Channels und promoviert parallel zu Agile Leadership. Anja ist überzeugt von der Wirkung der positiven Gefühle auf unsere mentale Gesundheit und einem stark wachsendem Digital Mental Health Markt

Rolf Christof Dienst

Rolf unterstützt LUMEUS als Mitglied des Advisory Boards durch seine langjährige Erfahrung als Unternehmer und Investor. Er ist Gründungsmitglied und ehemaliger CEO der TRV/Matuschka Gruppe, zuständig für Immobilien, Venture Capital, Private Equity und M&A. Gründungsgeschäftsführer der TVM (heute TVM Capital) zusammen mit Siemens AG, TA Associates Boston und Matuschka. Founding General Partner bis 2011 bei Wellington Partners VC mit einem Anlagevolumen > € 1 Mrd. Außerdem ehemaliger Gründungsgeschäftsführer ImmobilienScout und Vorstandsmitglied und später Vorstandsvorsitzender des BVK – Bundesverband der Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaften. FILM COMPOSER, CONDUCTOR, ARRANGER

David is a multi-award-winning film composer, his works include works for BBC, Disney, and Pixar among others, David composed for LUMEUS the pieces Moon, Beach, Fire, Living Room, Evening Sun (exact list of all compositions in the app LUMEUS).

André Bauer

FILM COMPOSER, PRODUCER, CONDUCTOR

André was musical director of the Schauspielhaus Zurich before becoming chief conductor and musical director at the Theater Wien. Andrew Lloyd Webber commissioned him to be the musical director of his European tour. André composed numerous pieces of Mental Slimming, Mental Sleep Training, and Power of Emotions (exact list of all compositions in the app LUMEUS).

Gert Wilden Jr.
